The Muscat Plan of Action is the outcome of a global consultation process convened by the United Nations Office on Genocide Prevention and the Responsibility to Protect (UNOSAPG) and the Network for Religious and Traditional Peacemakers. It will also serve as a call for the global dissemination and implementation of the Muscat Plan of Action.
