There are several ways to contribute to the UNAOC Trust Fund:
- The most expedient arrangement is for the donor to send a formal letter of commitment to the High Representative for the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations through the UNAOC Secretariat (to the attention of: Mrs. Anna Pavlyuchenko, Member States and Donor Liaison Officer, annap@unops.org), indicating its decision to contribute to the Fund and the specific amount being transferred to the bank account.
- Alternatively, a cheque payable to ‘United Nations Alliance of Civilizations Trust Fund’, with a supporting letter referring to the financial year and purpose of the contribution, can be issued and mailed to the UNAOC Secretariat, located at the following address: 730 Third Avenue, 20th Floor, New York, NY, 10017, USA.
- In case a special grant agreement is to be concluded, its draft needs to be submitted to the UNAOC Secretariat (electronically, annap@unops.org) for review and processing by the United Nations Department of Legal Affairs and the Office of the United Nations Controller.
