A Breakout Session at the 5th UNAOC Global Forum, February 2013, Vienna
On the occasion of the UNAOC Forum in Vienna, UNAOC, the International Organization for Migration and the Austrian Government decided to implement the PLURAL+ Youth Video Festival on Migration, Diversity and Social Inclusion on a national level with Austrian youth.
