UNAOC is hosting a round-table discussion entitled: “Preventive Diplomacy: A Soft Power Tool” which will consist of an opening statement by the UNAOC High Representative, an address by Dr. Cahill and short presentations by invited speakers. The speakers will be followed by a moderated Q & A session.
The main objective of this event is to draw attention to the importance of moving swiftly to support the Secretary-General’s commitment to the concept and practice of conflict prevention.
