The United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC) will host a series of webinars during the current Youth Solidarity Fund call for applications. The webinars will aim to strengthen applications for interested participants, and participants will be able to ask questions during the webinar.

Projects selected for the Youth Solidarity Fund contributes to advancing UNAOC’s mandate of promoting a more socially inclusive world, by building mutual respect among peoples of different cultural and religious identities. This webinar will provide more information about UNAOC and the type of projects selected for the Youth Solidarity Fund.

Introduction to Conflict Transformation
Friday, 23 August at 9:00 a.m. EST (NEW TIME!)
This webinar will be held by UNAOC in conjunction with Search for Common Ground, whose work seeks to shift the way the world deals with conflict, away from adversarial approaches towards cooperative solutions. Participants will learn about the Common Ground Approach, a set of broad operating principles that guide and support one of the world’s largest nonprofit organization dedicated specifically to ending violent conflict.
