DESCRIPTION:Co-organized by the UNESCO Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Education for Peace and Sustainable Development\, the United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism\, and the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC); the #DigitalGamesForPeace Challenge aims to harness the creative energies of youth South and Southeast Asia and the promise of game-based innovations in cultivating pertinent competencies for prevention of violent extremism. The Induction Session will embark 51 selected youth upon Phase 1 of the programme for improving their capacities on game-based methodologies for peace.
