Practitioner’s aims, programs of activities and fields of expertise:

Fundación CEAR-Habitáfrica was born in 1997.

It is a development NGO, whose mission is to combat the uprooting and mitigate the causes and consequences of the forced migration of vulnerable populations or at risk of exclusion in Africa, through the promotion of stable, sustainable, safe and productive human settlements and the accompaniment of the development dynamics induced by migration.

In the same way, it wants to contribute to transform society, raising awareness about poverty causes and forced displacement, the values and capabilities of Africa, and the positive linkages between migration and development. In its work, it bets for justice, respect, solidarity, professionalism and quality as the main values.

Resources and Publications available:

  • Una estrategia común de migraciones y desarrollo: A mutual strategy on migrations and development
  • Autodiagnóstico en un proyecto de codesarrollo: Autodiagnosis of a project of codevelopment
  • AZUL. Puente de comunicación Marruecos España: AZUL. Communication’s Bridges Morocco Spain (the best of the transnational radio’s program “AZUL”)
