These meaningless acts which claimed many innocent lives should strengthen our resolve to work together as an international community to create the conditions that will help prevent such attacks in the future. Extremism in all its forms should be firmly condemned and I sincerely hope that those responsible for these barbaric acts of violence will be brought to justice. At this moment of sorrow, please accept, Excellency, the expression of my heartfelt and deep sympathy and convey to the family of the victims my sincere solidarity in this moment of particular grief and concern.
